Well the game went down. Again. This is getting awful I was going into room 6 in dungeon now I won't get those rewards and I basically just wasted those champs. When will this stop? When will y'all care enough about the players to do something about this? Do y'all ever care?
Apparently I just don't learn and continue to spend units to refresh for dungeons and now I'm screwed out of 170 units.
This is not ok. I'm gonna flood support with tickets until they refund me. I literally just shelled out $5 and didn't receive what I paid for (using a champ who I refreshed). I will dispute it with my bank.
@Kabam Miike you guys need to figure out an alternative to using units to refresh champs while you're continuing to have these server issues that has yet to be identified. I understand as you stated earlier that you can't compensate or figure out that aspect until it's all been identified and fix in place but on the same token STOP allowing us to be put in this situation. Remove the ability to spend units to refresh. Figure out an alternative
Right in the middle of a dungeon with my 5*SL. Thanks Kabam. How about you hire a professional to maintain your servers.... It's amazing how bad of a job you do!
I just used 4 boosts to do Uncollected 3.2. Got past 1st Thanos and game goes down before I start second fight. All boosts gonna go to waste and I don't have more. And I'm a self-declared mediocre player so not sure I can beat second Thanos with what I have on hand (remaining boosts/units.)
I don't know if Kabam replaces items gone to waste or not but this is unacceptable. This game has become nothing but a constant headache for months on end.
