Why i never get any 3 or 4 star heros from any premium or other crystal?

Whenever i open a crystal spending my 100 or 150 or even 500 i never get a 3 or 4 star hero plz check the issue it just makes me disturb after spending so many shards and didn't get anything. I know 2 star crystal chances are 60% but never ever i get anything..its 100% chance in my case for a 2 star hero..user name shonaidey..plz do something

    Don't buy premiums with units, it isnt worth it. Youre just getting kabammed
