Synergy Question

I’m not sure which synergy to choose. I have 5* dr octopus which links with my 4* electro and I just got 4* archangel which links with my 4* Phoenix. But my 4* blade links with my 4* Mephisto. I’m not sure which ones I should keep in the main team any insights?

    Synergy really isn't super important, but I would take out phoenix (the synergy is a minor boost to power gain, I believe)

    12% gain on special attack damage for mutants with archangel. The other option is Medusa

    Oops. Well seeing as you just pulled archangel and if you intend for him to be the only mutant on your main team, that synergy is pretty useless, as archangel doesn't even rely on special attacks. Here's my logic:
    Blade+Mephisto- an excellent synergy, blade will get danger sense against all mystics and mephisto will do even more energy damage (I think, not sure if lowering energy resistance increases the damage he does)
    dr. octopus- I believe this starts all breakthroughs at 60, don't remember the benefit to electro. It's less useful, so you could take out electro if you wanted too (electro is a good champ for beginners but as you progress you will find he's too squishy)
    phoenix+archangel- 12% special damage, which will only apply to your new archangel.
    Medusa is good without synergy but if you want the best damage you will need black bolt and karnak

    True the synergy for doc oc is 50% starting and electro is getting pretty squishy so I was considering him as the next one to replace and upgrade
