Didn't get reward from 4 star basic hero arena

Some of my friends in my alliance including me didn't get reward from 4 star basic hero arena. So it's bug or something else..??

Hate to add another body to the pile but I also haven't received any rewards for the recent mordo arena. Alliance mates of mine received rewards for the other 3 arenas but not the mordo one. I only participated in the mordo one so I am unsure if this affects it. Thank you for looking into this issue and good luck in resolving it

Still haven't received Mordo. What's going on. I know people that scored the same and below me and got him. Please fix it.

Just got my rewards...put up 5m and I get crappy shards. Oh well...typical i just miss out

Same hre too didn't get rewards scored 1.9+ million.... And my ally mate scored 260k and got 61-100%..what the hell is going on with kabam
