Not all tech-champs works for vanquishing blow?

When I take out opponents with vision, age of ultrons special 1 points don’t register. It works with every other tech champ but not him...
Anyone else has that problem?

It says in the description for how to get points that Vision (both versions) don't work
here's the thing right, the special attack actually needs to do damage. However, Vision's sp1 doesn't do any damage, the damage comes from burning power
That's why it doesn't work, and they decided to helpfully mention it too
