How to get four stars

I am a level 23 mcoc player and i have not get any single 4 stars champs...But my friend, Prohunter881 have got two 4 stars champs wich are phoenix and angela but his level is 18.How do i get 4 stars champs easily?

The best ways to get a 4* Champ is through 4* Crystal shards
These you can get through:-
1) Duplicating 3* champs. Keep opening them, and you'll eventually accumulate a lot of 4* shards.

2) Monthly events. The best place to earn shards. Push to the Heroic difficulty and you would get at least 1000 shards for 100% completion.

3) Arena Grinding. Practically the worst. If you grind in the 3* arena, the rewards are ****, but they would pile up eventually.

4) Alliance Wars. This is the best way to get 4* shards. Join an active alliance and participate in war. In time, you would get at least 400 shards per war, (if your alliance tier rating is lower). Also there are season rewards now available, which also provides surplus shards. Your best bet would be to join a good alliance.

5) Act 3 100%. This is more of a one time thing, but this will guarantee you a 4* crystal. This is also easier for more newer players.

It's not going to be easy. Sometimes people get 4* even through PHC (VERY RARE). I got my first 4* in a PHC, (Cable, still my top champ). So, you may get luck there, but it's almost zero so don't rely much on PHC.

For those of you that don't know, PHC stand for Premium Hero Crystals. They are 100 units and guarantee a 2 star (76% chance), possibly a 3 star (22%), a possibly a 4 star (2% chance). Don't quote me on the percentages because I don't know them exactly.
