How can i change my profile picture?

I cant change my profile picture.... can some one help me ?

At least from a PC:
1) click on your pic
2) click "change pic"

never could figure it out from a mobile device (ios). Pretty easy from a computer.

On mobile click your profile then the 3 dots in upper right corner next to the url and click desktop site from there you can change
