I want to get a 4 Star in arena How hard is it to actually do?

So I want to actually get a 4 star from the arena but how hard is it to actually do? I have gotten up to 250,000 points max and its pretty time consuming to do that? What is the best strategy and how much time are you guys actually putting into this to do it? I want to do it but seem unreachable.

it depends on what bracket you are in. If you made your account withing 30 days, then you are in the beginners bracket. After 30 days you are in the intermediate bracket. And then after 60 days of starting your account you are in the veteran bracket where everyone is.

If you are in the beginner bracket, then 4 star cutoff is around 700k-1mil. If you are in the intermediate bracket, then the cutoff is around 1mil-1.5mil. In the veteran bracket then cutoffs can be between 2 mil - 5 mil.

That's why people say, take advantage of the beginners bracket. Even though you have a small roster, getting the champs takes a lot less points than in the veteran bracket. Use units for refreshes, use boosts, whatever it takes. You will grow your roster so fast that you can get any new 4 star that gets released. Grind for those 700k-1mil points.

gl man, it's a huge grind, but it's worth it. You get such a huge boost in your account. I did it too, and because I took advantage of the beginner bracket I'm now rocking a 500k account with the best 4 stars in the game.

If 250k is hard for you, I don't think you can reach the number necessary to get 4* champs in the arena yet. But the key word is "yet." If you're going to succeed at this game, it is important to learn how to figure out what you want, then figure out how to get there, and then be willing to take realistic steps to move forward towards that goal.

The arena is one of the best places to get rewards, although you shouldn't sacrifice other game play to do it, like completing the monthly events (at least the difficulties appropriate to you). But the arena has intermediate goals besides the top rewards that would be very useful to beginning players willing to put in the grind time. There are units you can get - always worth getting - and there are crystal shards. The goal is to build up your roster doing activities within your reach without burning out. Every champ matters, because more champs equals more points in the arena.

Focus on achievable milestones in the arena until you can earn at least a million points. The 3* featured is achievable for between 750k and a million points, more or less. Continue to build up your roster and rank things up (higher ranks equal more points) until you can get to about two million points. That would place you in range of the 4* basic. It also places you within range of the T4B arena which gets you a T4 basic catalyst for 1.1 million points. Those T4B catalysts will help you rank up more champions, which equals more points, which equals more rewards from the arena.

It takes time, but once upon a time I could only score what you can score now. In less than a year, I was bagging the 4* basic regularly, and that was in the old school arenas where that was a lot harder than it is now.

I guess im in the vet bracket. Bummer. When I started my account a few years ago I didnt focus on arena and stopped playing. I recently started again and it seems like it changed alot and is more fun now so been super into it. BUt it looks like ever getting a 4 * is going to be a huge grind. How many hours do you put into it? Also spend units? so you have to use money to get that far?

At the very least make sure you reach the first TWO milestones in:

Summoners training
The 3* arena
The 4* arena(basic)

These 3 combine to give out 3000-phc shards, 4000 battle crystals, and 35 units.

And if you can the 4* star arenas first milestone 1000 bc and 1200 phc shards and 5 units.

The 4* basic gives 15 units, 1500BCs, and 1600 phc shards at 150,300,450,600,800,1 mil,1.25 mi, and 1.5 mil pts.

Thats 12800 phc, 120 units, and 12000 bcs you can earn just from milestones.

And 1.5 mil will get you top 1-10% many times.

The 3* arena gives out 1000 shards, 7 units, 1000bcs at: 80,160,240,320,400,480,560 and 640k pts.

On sunday if you reach rank rewards in both arenas you get:

8 two star crystals....great for dupes and iso and 2000 phc shards.

And another 4000 phc shards and 1 phc crystal.

Arena is so lucrative.

Getting points in the arena has four major components. First, having more champs. The more you have, the more points you can earn without having to spend on recharges (up to a point).

Second, ranking up champs. The amount of points you earn per fight is related to how high the PI of your champs are. If you are fighting with rank 4s, you'll earn more points than if you fight with rank 3s. So rank ups increase the amount of points you can earn while doing the same thing.

Third, learn infinite streak. There is a points multiplier that increases as your successive win streak rises, and that multiplier increases to a maximum of 3x points. It resets to 1x if you lose two or three of the fights in a round. Search for MCOC Infinite streak for details, but the bottom like is there is a trick to managing the fights so eventually you get (relatively) easy fights and don't lose your multiplier. Also: this is easier to do the stronger your roster is.

Finally, you can improve your ability to score points with certain masteries. Obviously, the faster you can win a fight the faster you can earn points in the arena. And the higher your champions' PI is, the more points you get. So masteries that increase both will help. The biggest ones are the so-called suicide masteries. Those are in the offensive tree, and they are Glass Cannon, Recoil, Liquid Courage, and Double Edge. All of them increase your attack strength which increases the damage you do, and increases the PI of your champs, so using them can significantly increase the points you earn per fight. They are called suicide masteries because all of them have a defensive downside: GC reduces your health, Recoil causes you to take damage when you use special attacks, Liquid Courage inflicts poison on yourself, and Double Edge inflicts bleed on yourself. So if you aren't careful or don't know what you are doing, these masteries can kill you - thus, "suicide masteries."

I personally do not run full suicides, but even I run Glass Cannon. The small amount of health it costs you is worth the increase in damage you get in return, and it increases my arena points over time by a significant amount.

The difference between an experienced arena grinder and someone just starting out is huge. My guess is that you might average maybe 10,000 points per three-fight arena round in the basic arena, using maybe some lower ranked 4* champs and mostly 3* champs. I average closer to 20-25k doing that arena, and I suspect I probably do more rounds per hour than you do. So what seems monumental to you isn't going to be once you've progressed more in the game. It takes time, but it does get easier. In fact, back in the day, that is how I used to mark my progress: how many points I could score in the arena. As that went up, I gauged my progress upward.

I don't grind for 4*s anymore but it's not that hard when you have the arena teams for it and can maintain a streak. I love the game but arena is a chore. I always do some arena but get burned out if I do too much. Never went for a featured champs. Did 7.2 million or something for NC ages ago and didn't want to look at arena for weeks lol
