Which champion should I rank up ???

So, I have a 4* OG Thor and Hyperion. But I am unsure about which champion I should rank up to 4/40. I mean, both are kinda equally good.

Rank up Hyperion, then put him on an increased power gain node in war, or even better, kinetic reactor. He will be a pain to fight then, even undupped
