With a high enough signature level, Cap IW would be the one I would bring onto any team. All by his lonesome he’s definitely not the best, but if you build a team around him, he’s both sturdy and deadly.

depends on what other champions you got e.g
lets say you've got a ghost, she would be abso amazing with her quantum synergy but without it, not so much, ( don't get me wrong she is an amazing champion) but it just depends on the champions you've got.

Technically I believe that would be abomination. He is by far NOT the “strongest” if your speaking of “The Strongest” in the other sense of the word. I would have to say it’s a tie between Sparky and Hype. They just own whatever gets in their way. Both stack attack bonuses like they ate baby Superman for breakfast. Can drink lightning and fart thunder. No synergy needed. Just Bad Mofo’s
