Officer freaks out and expelled 15player from alliance before leaving

Hi
I already try to open a ticket to the support team because of this,but the response was confuse from kabam
A official as freak out and start expelling players from the alliance, compromising the misson and rewords. We are now back in to the same alliance,but we need to wait to get the rewords,what is really unfair.
What can we do?
Hope he don't get away with is crime
