CHANGE RULES FOR WAR SEASON REWARDS

So hi again..this is my second attempt trying to post an my post has to been approved as if i am not writing something wrong here...
Friday to saturday night a violent act took plave to our alliance...someone got from leader;s account and kikced me and other 10 members from the alliance..after exactly 7-8 hours when i woke up and saw what happened i rejoined the same alliance..
so i have a question to all developers:how can you protect us from that actions when you are giving absolute power to leaders and officers to do waht ever they want when you have the rule to participate in 5 wars so you can claim rewards?
i think that maybe you all forget that it is a game all this and not work and now you are giving the leadership to do whatever they want...why do i deserve to lose rewards for someones reverge or abhorrence to me and other members?why can you adjust a loop to this rule where this situations taking place?all i am hearing from kabam is find solutions to your alliance but how can he find solutions when we cant point out who is the one to blame?
at some point you have to protect the simple players also,the ones that ara only members,the ones that when they are in an alliance can speak free without fearing by the leadership kicking them...

    Man, that stinks. As a leader of an alliance, my advice would be to find another alliance. We have some guys who are on the bubble right now, but I have told all of my officers that NO ONE gets kicked until after AWS2 rewards are out. It is only fair. That really stinks that someone, the leader or one of the officers, was callous enough to kick you guys and deny you 2 months of rewards.

    Now that it is done, and you are on the outside looking in on the AWS2 rewards, go ahead and find another alliance now. There are lots of want ads on the forums currently. You will not get rewards either way. You may as well build relationships in a new alliance.

    Again, I am sorry that this happened.

    How about just pro-rating season rewards?

    It’s simple. Let’s say you spent 35% of the entire Season in an ally that ended in Gold 1, 50% of the Season in Plat 3 then moved for rewards to a Plat 1 ally for the remaining 15%, the rewards could be 0.35 x Gold 1 + 0.5 x Plat 3 + 0.15 x Plat 1?

    AW Seasons is an awesome concept on paper. The problem(s) is/are that many people will do anything to win, including cheating to unimaginable extents. Behavior can't always be predicted but always has consequences. What consequences end up being handed out in this case will set the tone for the future of AW Seasons.

    This can be solved. Let's assume there are 10 wars in a season and if a player contributes for 6 wars he should get the season rewards even if he is kicked before the rewards are given

    Or.. instead of 5 wars (hence giving a fixed cutoff date for changing alliances), have the cutoff at 5 war wins instead, which makes the date uncertain and is an absolute risk for someone looking to freeload rewards.

    First off this is awful. Kabam support should see what has happened an help, even tho they probably won't.

    Secondly your leader should not have shared his account details, this would not have happened. It's a tough thing for all you members to pay for his negligence. I would suggest finding a better alliance for season 3 of aw.

    Hope support makes it right.

    i hope at least the developers saw some of this messages and take action...nothing is right here with that rules...they have to fix it...

    This absolutely sucks man.
    This seems to have been done in spite by onw of the officers/leader.
    Ideally Kabam ought to have some sort of redressal for these kinds of issues and not arbitrarily deal with them in a one-shot-fix-all manner.
    I've complained to Kabam a couple weeks back when our war rating was reduced because apparently one of our new recruits was using a modded account. All we did was recieve an automated reply and nothing else.

    Anyhow, what's your total base hero rating? We are currently recruiting players and if you and others in your team are good, and most importantly play a little strategically, message me in game.
    We are a chilled out alliance and would love to have a few good players :)

    3 days ago a member my alliance manage to login in to a officer account (is girdfriend) and kick everyone. With so little time left we can't get enough wars to be able to get the reward.. Im fuming becase of this, lost completely my motivation in the game.
    Try to call kabam about this but is just excuses, they dont care.
    The guy that actually did it is going to came out unpunished, is just infuriating.
    The system need to change
    One thing is for shore, no more money spend in the gamo for me
