**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Basically would just think since my ticket got picked up, it would essentially be sitting up top and just waiting for me to answer to then be finished and closed out. Since it’s been a few hours, that doesn’t seem to be the case but wanted to check. Hope to not have to wait another day and start over.
Chill out bro they are working through tickets, they will give you notice if they are going to close your ticket, just wait it out until then. Extra tickets being sent will slow the process down as they have to get through the extra ones too
I also never said anything about submitting a new ticket. I responded to the email, and a generic response came back with a new case number. That’s why I’m asking if me responding started the process over.

The email states is a no reply email. So emailing them most likely created a new ticket which was instantly closed.

its too much time, money, etc wasted on this game... trying to get this shards... is it too hard to admit the problem, remove the champion and give another try on the crystal without the bug?? is it??
sorry im a bit upset/sad with this situation its not a 4* or 5*.. its 15k 6* shards...

We can't give a specific update on the status of any individual tickets or resolutions, but we are definitely still diligently working through the issue. Apologies for the delays and for any frustration caused by the wait. We really appreciate everyone's patience and understanding on the matter.
Any time frame on this resolution? That’s all we are asking, we know you are working on it and have been for days. But very little info makes the issue more frustrating. I don’t see how it it so hard to award people with a crystal!!!
With km synergy a 6* ws would hit hard, granted there are better champs but there are also worse ones in that crystal. There is no such thing as sub feature champs no more in these crystals. Just new champs with what ever trash hey put in to fill it with 20champs
