Dear kabam
From the post of mike i realized that you really want to keep war environment safe and punish the cheaters that you can surely detect. And during this process nobody has extra priviliges in yout eyes even he/she has huge wallet
Of course you can not decide or accuse any ally just by using screenshots. But if you are suspicious and really want to know truth i can propose some methods:
1) You have the data of each player on your game. We all know that alliance quest is more simple than war so pick up a specific player (i may suggest some names:) invesitigate his aq deaths and aw deaths
2) you may try to verify the story of confessor. Have his heroes really be deleted? Have he kicked from the alliance? You can reach this data. And if these are true than you may want to get in contact with him and ask more verifiable evidence i am sure that he may supply for example he may let you to connect his phone wia third party software and invesigate his communications via several apps
İ think finding the truth for this specific case is not as hard as developing this great game
Best luck for your investigation

We can't discuss our investigation methods publicly, because doing so would allow those that attempt to cheat in the game to devise new ways to get around our detection methods. But I can say that we dig deeper than this. And yes - we don't like cheaters, and don't want to see them in The Contest.
To the others - we don't allow 'witch hunts' in terms of calling people out by name here in these forums. Why? This isn't a place for finger pointing, and some instances of cheating that are reported to us turn out to be nothing. If you have someone to report, please send that information to us directly and privately. If you think no action was taken in the situation you reported, please consider the following:
1. You may have been wrong about whether or not there is cheating.
2. There may have been zero in-game proof or evidence of any cheating.
3. The investigation may still be ongoing and take longer than you think it might. This could be especially true of more complex cheating situations.
4. We may have already taken action and you just aren't aware of this. As an example, accounts that are banned do not indicate as such.
There's a lot of conjecture floating around about 'shady' stuff people feel is happening. We have a track record of taking action against even top alliances, as has in the past been evident in how some of these alliances try to take to our forums or reddit to appeal publicly the actions we have taken. It doesn't matter who you are in The Contest, if you cheat and we can see you are cheating, we're going to take action.
I'd like to once again reiterate that screenshots of third party chat logs do not provide enough evidence of cheating. They can be easily doctored, the UIDs on these platforms cannot be conclusively linked to in-game UIDs in MCOC, and it would be irresponsible for us to act on these alone. What these screenshots can and do do, is spark a deeper investigation on our end into allegations that are made when this information is reported to us. What we do from there is determined entirely by what we find when we dig into the game itself.
