Alliance rewards not claim because of ilegal behaviour of a player

Hi all

My alliance got a big blow recently, because one of the players enter in the account of an official (Girlfriend) and start to kick out all players. I already ask for help from kabam but the response was ridiculous, basically they dont care.
Add to this we just realized that becase of this player we are not going to get the rewords from alliance session.

What can we do?
We are like desperate becase we need to fight 5 wars before it closes

Im more frustated with kabam because they allow this to go unpunished,when they claim to tackle cheating with a hard hand.
Just hope kabam just give a chancr for the one that got kick out to be able to still claim the season rewards that we work our usses to get
