Mistake with offer?

This is the new offer, in the mail it says “add a bleed ability champ to your roster”

Did quake, crossbones and nebula get updates I’m not aware of or are they not supposed to be in the crystal?

These two situations are a little different. With the Featured 6-Star Crystal, there was a bug that was preventing players from being awarded some of the champs that were listed as being available in the crystal. This is why we gave those who were impacted by this the option to return the champion they received and have another chance at opening the crystal once it was fixed; so that they had the option to open a crystal that contained all of the champions that were in the description of the crystal. On the other hand, since the crystal in this new bundle does contain all the champions it listed in both the description of the crystal and the in-game mail, we will not be offering refund for it at this time.

How is this right? The crystal is for champions that bleed and I received a champion that does not bleed.

That’s just the name of the crystal. The list of champions is clearly listed out of who you can and cannot receive. This is nothing new and you guys are poking at air here lol

The in game mail says bleed ability champ.

Honestly can't believe this...it says "guarantee" a Bleed Ability. But it doesn't. Says "a chance at a 5* version of the following" except they only mean some of the following. Just. Wow.

Yeah unfortunately this is an easy refund request. Wish Kabam would apologize and do the right thing. Constantly telling your customers no refunds is not good for your image as a company. I love this game but business practices need improvement.

I don’t advise spending on this game. But if you’re going to be a limited spender, save for offers that aren’t all chance. Like Odin+ awakening gem or even 5 star vision. Those offers are way better than spending small chunks here and there and getting screwed over by RNG.

So are the %s accurate if neither war machine nor joe fixit are available as 5*? Seems the 5*% might be lower than advertised....but who knows how they calculate that.

It is severely disappointing how quickly downhill this game has gone. All the issues with AW and the different bugs in-game. Lack of attention to detail to things like these really make you think no one is paying attention or care on the Dev team. Just disappointing. I have never had such a love/hate relationship with a game.

The lack of connection this dev team has with with player base is even more evident when you compare it with console games. Two console games I have fell in love with this year are Assassins Creed Origins and God of War. Both dev teams of this game created New Game+ modes simple because the community wanted it.

Could you imagine how great MCOC could be if Kabam did similar. We can only dream....

In the past, they've made it clear in the mail and crystal description when a champ they mentioned wasn't available as a 5*. This mail and crystal description didn't lay that out. I want my money back or I want some sort of equal compensation. Kabam screwed up, it's not the responsibility of the consumer to have some sort of otherworldly insight to know when they say one thing but mean another.

Stand by your word or give me my money back. I don't want to have to go to Google because that's silly. This is an easy fix. Stop being stubborn for no other reason than being stubborn and treating your customers like meaningless trash.

I agree so much wlithbither games listening to the community. Bungie with Destiny 2 is a prime example. Now that game still needs work, but Bungie even admited they noticed the need for a change and promised a growth. And guess what I paid less than $100 on that game and have more enjoyment than the constant “deals” and “offers” we have here.

But they won’t listen to this.

I got a 4* Quake. I contacted KABAM who stated because she was listed in the crystal, they couldn’t do anything. The offer however, guarantees a 4-Star “Bleed” ability champion OR a slight chance of a 5-Star of the following heroes...so at the very least, I should have gotten a bleed character or a 5-Star Quake. I was mis-led, and while I’m going to be done with this game (after 3 emails woth KABAM and no resolution), I plan on rallying the troops and contacting the FTC for these continuous dishonest business practices.
