Stop penalizing people with multiple accounts in AW 🤬

I have never violated TOS...or shared my personal accounts that I made and built up. Kabam support is not helping us get this fixed. They seem to be the most incompetent group of peeps in the history of gaming. We are getting punished for having multiple accounts despite Kabam Miike saying that was not a TOS violation at all. Total BS!!!

Fix this **** ASAP

Perhaps it was someone else in your alliance, and not one of your accounts? Unless they're ALL your accounts 😦

Hi,

You are able to have multiple accounts as long as you are the only one that accesses them. However if someone in your Alliance violated our TOS, this would cause the War Rating Adjustment. As the Moderation Team is unable to access in-game accounts. You will need to reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.
