60% evade reduction with Fear of the Void and this guy still gets a 90% chance to evade from his supposed 20% chance, assuming this 5* is nowhere near max. Just ridiculous man I hate this guy. Hate hate hate him

5 crits in but no debuff or buff.
Miles morales with 6% chance to evade, evades like he has 100% chance to evade at least 3 hits in a combo lol

To be fair, Miles is 6% per charge, not a flat 6.
