So correct me if I'm wrong if she's fully Mac she negates thorn but I just used her in war and she took instant damage the whole fight please help me understand if something was change

Your image isn't working, so we don't really know which champ you are referring to.

I'd assume it's BW, and if that was the champ you were referring to, she doesn't fully negate thorns anymore even at max sig due to the 12.0 nerf.

Also, her effectiveness is reduced vs class too. Mutant lowers it 15%.
