    It feels weird saying this but kinda have to side with the mods on this one, i have little doubt they would prefer the game not be down. They don't make money when the game is down and I doubt they like these threads. I'm just as frustrated since I have free time to grind out Modok tonight and will be pretty busy tomorrow, but being a **** to them isn't going to help anything and understandably they're not gonna respond to every suggestion for compensation or to fix the servers. Here's to it coming back up soon so we can all escape back into the battlerealm haha

    Can we have app notification when game's back up in the future?
    Don't want to login or check Line chats every 15 minutes to see if it's still down.

That's the literal minimum amount of information possible, insofar as it doesn't communicate anything the players don't already know.

    In the absence of information players are forced to speculate, and there are players who simply believe Kabam is uninterested in devoting the money and resources necessary to stabilize the game platform. I don't happen to believe that, but in the presence of all the nothing Kabam gives to the players in the way of information and context, I have to admit I'm just guessing.

The people that are making simple suggestions of what we should do without being insulting or rude are indeed being constructive. Her comments were directed towards the others, that are not being as polite as you are.

    And frankly, suggesting a moderator be fired for advising players that we are aware the game is down and are actively looking into it, is ridiculous. I know you weren't one of the folks doing this. But that's who her comments were directed towards.

    Downtime benefits no one, we're working to fix it, and we also hate it. Sorry that you have to deal with this on your Friday, we know you would rather be in the game and enjoying it!

    I would like to say that I think it's ridiculous for anyone to suggest something as drastic as losing their job, but the only thing I would like to point out is the way it came across wasn't particularly the best. When these game issues happen, it's good for no one, you guys included, and when you put a message out the way that way came across, it seemed to be an irritated and frustrated response from someone who is understandably frustrated about the situation. I think most of us just want to be given the respect that we try to give y'all, and sometimes it's hard to relay that correctly online. I personally was warned for asking if that was a mod and I'll be honest, I don't appreciate it. I made it a point to be within the forum rules. That's all most people are saying, communication just seems to be on different levels between us, and we just want it to be better all around. Regardless, that's all I have to say besides I hope for the best for getting everything going the right way and thanks for your time.

    Kabam is finally doing the player base a solid. Just leave the game down, it's better that way. Support is finally free of the annoying players that complain about a bug-ridden game. We'll go outside and enjoy our weekend.

  • You don’t want us to hate on you but what are we supposed to feel? This is a relationship between players and the company. And lately it feels to us like an abusive relationship. We put in all our time and all you guys seem to care about is how much money you can get from us. Within the past 24 hours you apologized and said there would be better communication. What happens as soon as something goes wrong its right back to the same old vague responses. Please tell us why we should trust you and continue this relationship with the game? You guys say you care about us, don’t say it, prove it!

    I know you were kind of joking, but I feel I need to address this for a moment :/ Everyone on my team is great, and wonderful. Y'all shoot the messenger a lot. And if you saw how many times Miike has advocated for our players, you probably wouldn't be so angry with him all the time. He cares a LOT about what you all experience, and what is frustrating you on any given day.

    Also - when it was just me, before Miike joined... people hated me just as much as they hate him now. He's on the forums more than I am these days because my duties at work often take me elsewhere. If you guys need someone to hate and single out the most, please go back to it being me. Funnel all of your hate my way. <3

    You're gonna have to try a different tactic then politely requesting if you actually want the hate directed your way lol I don't have any personal feelings toward anyone here, but I see quite often how the community feels about the other mod/mods and while a lot of it is way overboard there are instances where situations could be handled better on the mods end.

    Regardless of all that though thanks for being more active here the past few days, to all of you guys. If that becomes the new norm and upcoming content better reflects the conversations had here I can see the feeling between the community and the company start to move in the right direction. Which I'm sure you guys would like just as much as we would.

    Yes of course. Just as I will have to redo my fight in the last chapter of the quest against Ant-Man. You will lose half your health. You will learn to accept it, you will kick and scream and still play the game, or you will quit the game. Those are your 3 choices...but losing that match is entirely certain. You have no choice in that matter. 😉👍🏻

    People get frustrated at the company so they take out their frustration at the reps who are most active. In this case it's Mike. Btw I don't think anybody hates him.

    About 2 hrs down the game can you we request to put 30 minutes energy in AQ? Or else we cannot reach the final boss of AQ and the resources we spend for our AQ will be wasted Please kabam adOra or to the team
