**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

5-star Marvelous Crystal [MERGED THREADS]

Hi everyone,
Today I took all offers from Kabam and I found that the list of champions contained in 5-star Marvelous Crystal is not matched between crystal description and offer detail.
Please let me know which is correct. I took the third offer just because of champions in offer detail.

We discovered an issue with the Marvelous Crystal and have just pushed a fix. You did not receive the correct crystal. If you want to keep that crystal, you definitely can, but if you want the correct crystal, please submit a ticket to our support team, and we'll get that fixed for you right away!

Yes! It was fixed fairly quickly, and is the correct crystal now.
Yes. This is perfectly normal. It might take some time for the team to be able to gather the data necessary. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this!
Clearly we bought that crystal for those champions not this incorrect crystal
1. We bought a crystal that cost us 15k units (by the time you got there)
2. We probably bought units (up to $500)
3. Kabam accidentally provided the wrong crystal. I recognize accidents happen.
4. The fix is to submit a ticket and get the “correct” crystal?

Q. Why isn’t the correct crystal just being pushed out to everyone that bought it?
Q. What is happening to the Champ from the crystal that was opened before we realized it was wrong?
Q. Are the people now buying the package getting the correct crystal?
Recommendation - Kabam should not rely on the user to find out about this problem. Transparent communication would include an in game email.
If we already opened it, we should get another crystal similar to the sentry/Void mix up
