New patch overheats IPhone 7

Since the latest mcoc patch I have been noticing that my iPhone 7 have been overheating. Even made my phone shut down 5 times. It takes about 2 minutes after starting the game to make my phone very hot

2 minutes after I turn down the game it cools down.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

My phone froze shortly after I closed the app then my IPhone 6s shut off.

Also since the update my phone gets so hot that it keeps me warm at night (that’s a problem)

I have an iPhone 7+, and it keeps overheating and shuts down. It’s done it about 10 times already.

That may help if it’s a phone problem but it seems wayyyy too coincidental that immediately after a game update massive numbers of iPhone/iPad users are having the exact same problem specifically when using MCOC. I’ve had it as well with iPhone 7+, no other app gives me any issues and I’ve never had problems with MCOC until this update either.

Come on fix it, cant even be in the game for 30 min without running low on battery and the phone gets insane hot l have iPhone 7 with latest update.

The update is now damaging peoples phones!
Overheating, battery and phone damage!
All from a game they obviously don’t test before releasing updates.

I’ve got a new iPhone 8. Shouldn’t be overheating like this unless the app is too over spec. It was fine today but after update, phone now struggles after 10 minutes.
