vulture cannot use special at all in arena. Intented?

It too so many hits to win a champs that keep healing.

All special attack from him heals opponents. Even siphon, is it intented? Siphon doesnt show as red debuff yet it heals opponent

In the end i lose. Because my special attack heals more then what i can hit.

Plus shiphon is a debuff, so she can heal from willpower

Wow this is crazy for a arena to hit 400+ for 1 round. I think there are multiple change recently that need to review on the existing champs to make them possible win a round and not heavily over competitive.

Stackable willpower healing per debuff
Dexterity activates incinerated( healing opponent)
Sp1 (siphon healing opponent)
Sp2 ( activates incinerates healing opponent)
Sp3 ( slightly better for a while when incinerates is x2 which cause abit dmg to oppnent)

I don’t think this is intended, I’m hoping he can cause heal block when incinerates or cause some bleed per attack when incinerates is active on opponent)

On the other hand , Cable champ is now suck becuse his heavy attack that triggle incinerating is healing opponents and keep variations of dmg now.

Actually @Change , Cable's heavy degen always had variable damage based on the power level of the opponent. At max power it does 0 damage, while at 0 power it does max damage. I'd recommend parrying at the start of the fight and throwing the heavy and then playing normally, throwing it again would just reset the degen to one with lower damage.
