AQ tier issue

We were playing advanced tier in alliance quest and our last rank was 72..i have the screenshot,so we are suppose to play in expert tier this but instead of promotion we got demotion and playing in normal tier..and my alliance mates are not happy..so am I..should we invest our treasuries on playing map 5 for these normal tier rewards?or kabam is going to do somthing..
