Oh Lord have mercy. I have two accounts. One is undeveloped and new, and the other is my main account. On my second account, I get Tech. I got Mutant on my main account, which I was needing a Tech for. Kill me.

I wouldn't say they suck less. Outside of LoL I think OG Vision actually has more utility than StarLord.

Yondu is probably another rank 5 (or rank 4, as the case may be) worthy tech. And people have done some good things with the damage output on Rocket Raccoon.

Mutant for me, really wanted a science or skill to 5/50 hulk or 3/45 winter soldier. Still, I'm happy with that, full t4cc for a daily is a pretty great reward imo.
