Will GoldPool be added to the 5* Basic crystal for other players to get?

Recently a Champ A.K.A. Goldpool was released in the Gold pool crystals or in the arena. Well the arena will rerun meaning there will be another top 200 players that will get him. But my question is Kabam Miike . What about those that didn't get him in goldpool crystals and arena? Will he be added to the 5* Basic crystal for other players to get? can you plz answer this . Thanks
