Another noob question about help....

So the question is about help in a alliance . If my help bar is full is it still a good thing to help people in the alliance. Is helping people when my help bar is full is that OK or should I allow others in my alliance to fill their help bars...

    If you alliance is active, always hit help. Everyone's bars will fill up. Those seeking help get the most benefit from helps sooner rather than later.

    Keep helping, the main point of helping is to support other members, not getting loyalty, it's just an extra reward for being helpful
