Good behavior of a company during server down:-
.... Folks, we suspect a few potential reasons to the server down such as XXX, YYY, ZZZ,
.... we are currently deploying N engineers looking into it
.... our tentative ETA is W min/hour
.... Our next status update to you is T min/hour

and Good behavior of a company AFTER server down:-
.... Folks, we got it up again, our root-cause identified the actual problem to be XXX, YYY, ZZZ,
.... we are putting a PREVENTION plan so similar issue will not happen again

and BAD behavior of a company before & after server down:-
.... Totally NO communication & no explanation
.... copy and paste standard robotic response that has almost no meaning

We will definitely want to encourage you to exercise transparency and communication. Pls understand even a 1min down can cause havoc and lost to people who spent units and boosts or Pym canister and etc. Pls be considerate and at least show that you care by being transparent in your explanation and throw our some info. Thanks.
