    You can reach out to Support using the Gear Icon to request a Name Change. Include as much information as possible. It may take some time to process.

    GroundedWisdom is exactly right here (Thanks for the assist!) in that it's possible to have your in-game name changed, though you'll need to write in to our Support Team in order to request it. As GroundedWisdom mentioned, please try to supply as much information about your account as you can in order for them to locate and verify it, and you're good to go!

    Typically they'll ask for up to 3 ideas for a new name, though they depend on the following requirements:
    • The name(s) supplied does not violate our Terms of Service
    • Please do not include any of your personal information in your name. Any real-life information included in your name may cause a security risk for you.
    • Inappropriate language must also be avoided.
    • The name(s) supplied does not contain Marvel/Transformer intellectual property
    • The name is not already being used
