I really hope we get a 5 star awkening gem for all these troubles. This update destroyed my alliance, probably did permanent damage to my battery and made me miss out on so much progression. 12.0 we got an awakening gem, I hope history is repeated.

Totally agree on the 5* AG. This was a HUGE deal and for those who stuck through it all, we should receive HUGE compensation. I would think a 5* + 5* AG + full energy refills would be about right.
