I bought two tier 4 basic catalysts with my glory points or whatever and I was given only one in my inventory. How can I get the other one?

They are not full t4b cats, only 18k shards

If u made 2 purchases, then you would only get 1 full T4. Each purchase is a 1/2 a cat
