Skill enemies can evade Domino?

According to Domino’s bio:
- Skill champions are always unlucky.
- Unlucky passive: 100% chance for evade to fail.

So by that logic a skill champion should never be able to evade Domino, yet when using her in Labyrinth of Legends against Elektra she still evades (no debuff on me so her abilities has no effect on Domino).
Anyone able to give a logical explanation to that or is it a bug?

    Well shouldn’t that be specified? When they evade in LOL it says “evade” and being able to execute that contradicts Domino’s ability. :/
    So Coldsnap won’t prevent evasion either?

    Coldsnap does not prevent the special LoL evade, no.
    Neither does true strike, if I remember correctly... Tho I haven't tried that one personally. It's (I think) laid out in the mark of the Labyrinth or something... I really never paid attention to details, just kinda know they all evade randomly. And even non-evaders evade

    All champs in LOL are different look at EX next the name and don't forget the node's effect

    The LOL evade bypasses Stark Spidey ensnare as well.

    Hmm yeah ok I guess it makes somewhat sense if it also bypasses other champs abilities.

    Yes both with and without, but supposedly Skill are always unlucky, according to Domino’s bio.

    They are always unlucky when Domino fills a bar of power. They aren't unlucky for the full fight.
    But as others said, LoL evade is different. Even with armor shattered against a robot, the enemy can still evade, for example
