Who should I rank up?
I've been saving my Cosmic t4 for awhile now because my options haven't been that great but this is what I got...

Ronan to r3
Angela / Hyperion to r5

    I like Angela because once she gains Fury her damage output becomes insane.

    Hyperion because once he gains five furies his damage is probably higher than a 4/55 blade

    I was considering Ronan myself.
    He's more circumstantial with his fights but is extra helpful with the Uncollected against bosses with many buffs... i.e. Hydra Adaptoid & Red Skull for example.
