I HAVE HAD 9 TECH TIER 4 CATALYSTS DISSAPPEAR AND KABAM IS DOING NOTHING

COMPLETELY LOST UNDER ERROR TRANSACTIONS I DID NOT INITIATE

We sincerely apologize for any frustrations that this has made for you in your efforts to get new Catalysts in your Inventory. I'm afraid however that since these time frames are pulled directly from our systems, we cannot offer a reversal as these are chance based Crystals. For specifics on each of these Crystals traded in, I've provided each and every time they were traded, and used:
Sat, 04 Aug 2018 21:56:52 GMT - first trade in of 3 tech catalyst crystals
Sat, 04 Aug 2018 21:56:55 GMT - second trade in of 3 tech catalyst crystals
Sat, 04 Aug 2018 21:56:57 GMT - third trade in of 3 tech catalyst crystals

NOTICE THEY ARE AT ALMOST MIDNIGHT AND ARE 3 SECONDS APART.

    I don't really understand what's happening here. You're saying you didn't trade them? Do you mean someone else did? Or there's some glitch that happened?
