Two champions that I really adore and love fighting with; Ultron (4* awakened - sig level 40) and Doctor Octopus (5* unawakened)...
I have the tools to take one of them up a level. It will be max level for 4* Ultron, or 3/45 for 5* Octopus.
Any opinions on which one you'd rather level up if you were in the same boat?
