It has been what over a month now since the overheating issue....we cant play arena for more than a couple minutes at a time... some of us have heavy donations and with all the issues and overheating, some of us couldn't do any arena, and some of us have significantly destroyed our phones and the battery in order to do arena (kabam won't do a thing to anyone that is destroying their Iphones).
Anything else is a bonus, but at the bare minimum, they should be compensating us with heavy resources or eliminate resources needed for Alliance Quest (this would be the best compensation). Let prestige determine what rewards you get, not whether or not your alliance has enough resources in their treasury.

@Kabam Miike you are right, compensation is not about free stuff, but this overheating issue had been going for a long time now. Now to mention two other large issues in the past 2-3 months as well. Compensation is about rectifying the issue, and for issues as large as this it would take a lot. I don't mean to sound harsh with this, but a long time ago you guys at kabam promised that everything would be tested before launch, and this last 2-3 months are evidence that testing isn't happening.
This game has been causing real damage to people’s electronic devices and hindered them from playing your game. As i agree it’s not about free stuff, this is not they way you want to come off to all the people whom have spent money on your game or have dedicated themselves to furthering there accounts. Yup. People either ruined their phones or let their alliance down when they couldn't participate in war or quest without their phone turning into an oven. But Kabam wants to act like if they have out a bunch of free digital stuff to everyone that it would break the game and be unfair. Anyone who lost a phone due to overheating should get a check in the mail for the replacement of an iPhone. I really don't care about gems. To me it's all about the shards and wasted resources due to poor game performance. I still can't grind the arena like I used to so I'm still missing out on shards. There should be a significant amount of shards given as compensation but it sounds like we see things differently. I really just want the game back to a stable state.

Kabam Mike lacks any kind of public relations skills. The way Kabam Mike communicates with the customers of his service is appalling. I’m considering ceasing all game play if kabam services.
The company that RUINED one of my iPhones and forced me to get a new replacement phone because it destroyed my battery has someone absolutely incapable of communicating in a way that makes its customers not consider the liability that Kabam has for its damage to its users devices. A class action promoted by the absolute anger that Kabam Mike instills with his rude behavior might get Kabam to stop letting him be their spokesperson. I know many users that express their hatred of Kabam mike. I find it hard to believe Kabam is not aware of it.
For people that are unable to use the game, Kabam should compensate with all lost donations and crystals and other items that would have been earned in this very long duration of Kabam not fixing their overheating issue.

Example: You're eating at a restaurant, you are unhappy with your food for whatever reason ( it's not cooked). Agreed, 100%. From what I can tell, it wasn't condescending at all. It was meant to be honest, something that people ask for on a daily basis in the form of transparency. Which is a good thing, when you think of the expectations that develop in the interim with these things, from not knowing. To me, that's not condescending at all. That's being forthright and caring about people getting their hopes up.
As long as people keep giving revenue to Kabam regardless of their treatment to players and the general functioning of the game, they will continue with this treatment. They will offer the bare minimum in compensation and expect players to take it and spend more. Kabam’s statement in this post shows that. I have not spent in a very long time and I urge others to do the same at this point. Kabam needs to properly compensate players and generally just fix their game.
The game is clearly unbalanced in regards to controls, mechanics, server reliance and hardware health.
August is always a month of good calendar rewards and nice events, same thing happened next year.
This however, does not compensate, nor rectify the lost of time, streaks, units and general dissatisfaction on the performance level of the game.
If some of you are satisfied with the bare minimum that is ok, but treating others with contempt because you are easily appeased is wrong and unbecoming of you.
