    If you're new or if you left for a while and reinstalled, those are the two occasions when you pull 4*. If you play day/night all week I can assure you'll never get a 4* from phc. That is how it is. So just open don't let it spin because that'll only make you angry. B)

    There are no secret techniques or tricks to get any particular rewards. What reward you receive is based on the crystal's drop rates.
