Roster suggestion's for synergy AW, D&O/AQ's anyone?

Heres my 4 and 5*'s, i sorta have an idea of where im going but i do always need a suggestion or two along the way. I know its not a huge group of 4* & 5's currently to work with, but id love to hear what anyone has to say about what champions i should be focused on for AQ, AW teams and potential synergies said champions have and could have after getting more champs.

Right now in my AW defense team i run ICE, Magik, MS, Ultron, and Guillotine

AW offense im running Cap IW, AA and GP or Hela

AQ's usually go with MS Magik and Ice but that varies.. sometimes MS,ICE and Cap IW

Unduped MS is a pretty weak defender...I would replace her with punisher (on one of the kinetic reactor nodes if possible)
Aw attack looks good...just be wary of bpcw(and mordo)matchups with gp
For aq u should keep all or atleast 2 of rogue,GR and ms(all 3 are regen champs so they will help u a good deal in aq where if u play like map 5 u have to clear ur path by urself so these champs will save u on potions)..but u should look to add sentinel counter to ur roster..medusa,quake,stark Spidey are the best so if u get one of these 3 from the crystals definitely rank them up cuz they help u big time for aq(my aq team is medusa, quake,x23 all 4/40 and I use them in map 5 as well)
