AW/AQ attack teams

On my second much smaller account I just joined an alliance doing map 1/2 AQ and tier 19 war.
I have discovered that I can use the same team in AQ and quests at the same time.
Is this the same for war?

Can I use my strongest champs in all 3 modes simultaneously or can I use them in war attack and story/event quests at the same time?

My main account does map 5 and tier 4 plat 3 war so I've never come across these issues before

AQ map 1 and 2 will allow you to use same champs elsewhere

AQ maps 1 and 2 do not lock your champs, so you can use your champs in AQ & AW, or in AQ & Events/Story.
You can't, however, use your champs in AW & Events/Story.
