Had this just been an appreciation week it would be great. As compensation and as a thank for staying with the game through all it’s issues of late it is a joke though. Be very interesting to get some insight on how this was decided.
I just love that Dr Zola does the mods' job better than they do.
On topic: compensation issues aside, this appreciation week is trash just on its own merits. I wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of decent-valued deals popped up during the week, but who cares? Even if it's a t4b for $5 why would I want to waste it on a game that's broken run by a company that clearly doesn't value me?

A swing and a miss. I enjoy feeling appreciated, and august seems to be your appreciation month, but to release after a month of the game performing very poorly as a way to attempt to restore faith in the game seems to be in bad taste.
I know as long as the money keeps rolling in your a-ok with the backlash, but hopefully as customers we will begin to vote with our dollars soon.
So to those that say its not easy for them to figure out what people lost out on, youre right. Its not EASY. But its damn sure possible. And the right thing for kabam to do.
Remember we got 2.5k 5 star shards a year ago when the game went offline for 6 hours in September skip forward to today when 5 star shards are a lot easier to get and we get 1k 5 star shards for 1 month of overheating tons of outages and bugs kabams logic is impeccable
Simple, stop spending money. That’s it, that’s literally it. If you don’t agree with the offers, don’t buy them. Write comments on the app star warning new players not to buy $50 4 star awakening gems because there pointless and we’ll start getting 5 star awakening offers. Tired of WAR problems, stop buying potions and consider WAR as an R&G thing. You take what rank you get for free. Money is literally the only language that really exist and green the only race.

Only this much for 2 months pathetic months? 1 for iOS and 1 for Android. Plus server downtimes and the recent AQ issue too? I would suggest to look back at last year's appreciation first. That was for a full month. So there won't be gold realm, that is confirmed. Good going sir thank you for your compensation 😂.

Doesn't solve the bigger issue though with all the missed out events & wars & grinds that were not possible because of overheating issues, hence the loss of tons of rewards that people would have gotten if Kabam didn't break the game.
I think you guys need to talk it out some more, since, from everything we have read so far, this compensation is basically only a very, very small portion of what everyone lost.

You know, this is giving me some flashbacks to 12.0, when one of you said that that was the new meta and we had to adapt, that this was final and no discussions about it would change that fact. We all know how that turned out.
