KG not shrugging coldsnap debuff

Why doesn’t KG shrug off coldsnap like every other debuff at a cost of one of his furies?
Please explain or resolve.

I guess it's too cold to be shrugged off. Can Rogue or Agent Venom shrug it off?

The coldsnap at the beginning occurs at the same time as the furies, therefore not being dispelled.
KG will dispell all other coldsnaps if he will have fury buffs active.

He can shrug it off but only if it comes from icemans specials because the one from the start of the fight starts at the same time as the furies
