Precision or Cruelty first?

So I am saving up units to unlock these two quite useful IMO masteries, but which one should I unlock first when I have the chance? And why?

Precision is better
More crits is better because it does increase damage, and if you have champs that rely on crits for bonuses (awakened SW or WS for example), it works a lot better

cruelty first then precision both compliment each other

Precision. Both because it increases your usual damage output but also because a lot of champs have abilities based on critical hits. More crits means they trigger more often. Then start to invest in cruelty after precision is maxed.

As many have said,precision before cruelty..increasing the number of crits will help u more than increasing the damage of crits
