Neither side is going to budge, and everyone’s voice has been heard loud and clear by now. @GroundedWisdom if you are satisfied with the appreciation that’s great for you. Go be satisfied, and stop engaging with them. It’s only doing a disservice to those who aren’t, and they are many (myself included). Everyone else, stop engaging him, you’re doing a disservice to yourself and our collective complaint against Kabam. Turning this into a 45 page moderately polite shouting match between players advances nobody’s agenda except Kabam, and increases the likelihood this gets shut down. We want this to keep going through the weekend. How am I a voice of reason? Up is down, left is right.
He’s playing devils advocate people, regardless of what we say to counter. Embrace it, accept it, and just move on by not engaging him...not worth the frustration...

So people who aren't satisfied can comment 45 pages, but people who are need to say so and stop commenting? That's pretty uneven.
I think this comes down to this. To the casual player who does not play that much and does not do any competitive avenues of the game then this may seem like fair compensation. However, for those who play in some competitive fashion such as arena grinding, higher tier war or costly AQ maps then this compensation is quite poor. I personally would have preferred Kabam spend the time to analyze what would be fair compensation based on the type of player and what they have potentially missed out on. I think that’s why many people are upset.
As it is, the compensation is aimed more at the casual player and not those who were more active and more affected.

I'm not going through this exercise with you. I'm just going to stop responding. You keep twisting things, trying to evoke some kind of argument, and it's not working. I'm here to express my views like everyone else, and just because people have a different one doesn't mean they should say it and shut up. Point blank. It's a discussion. Not a Dictatorship.
At least you got a summoner appreciation gift. I got nothing other than a crystal. Quit moaning about it being small and just take what you got for granted. The game is not about compensation
How do so many people not understand the customer-vendor relationship? People do spend money on this game. Those people expect a certain value in quality and stability with those purchases. When that quality standard isn’t met, habitually, it affects recent purchases and it also affects the desire to make future purchases. Compensation should bridge the gap between reasonable product expectations and product shortfalls. This is of course not to mention all the people who had actual device and battery losses, who I hope are addressing that privately with Kabam and Netmarble, because they absolutely should be held accountable for losses.
