Please no... Why in the heck is an inverted controls mechanic being added to a character besides Thanos? This had better be a thing that only happens if you are hit by a special, because I don't think I can stand AW if this something we have to deal with in the future...

That is a performance related issue, and one that we have been working on improving. So while there is no fix to address specifically devices heating up, we have worked on performance that should help with a number of performance issues.

I don’t think the inverted controls will be that bad. All you need to do is remember to swipe forward to dodge the special. From the video it only lasts the duration of the special so after the special is over it’s fine.

Why does Emma cause inverted controls? This mechanic sucks imo.

That didn't take long for someone to complain about. I love the idea. Will it suck? Probably but it brings some freshness and more strategy to thw game.

So, making it harder to evade/punish Domino medium ... but not fixing her block breaking.

Go watch Dorky Diggity Daves video on this. Explains what's happening. I have yet to see any actual block breaks from her.

@Kabam Miike Can you please talk to the dev team about Domino? Evading and punishing her medium was like the only legit way to fight her and now they have taken that away. Who decides this stuff??

Lol the fact that someone thinks inverted controls is "fresh" is amusing... Now let me clarify... I am not complaing, AS LONG as this mechanic is avoidable. If it is something that happens regardless of whether you are hit by the special, well that's another story.

Inverted controls isn't a method that Kabam is using to "freshen" the game... IF it is a mechanic that is unavoidable than it can be nothing other than a money grab.

Can you explain what the video says? As I've blocked domino and had her break my block ... and Kabam removing one of the ways to counter her/make her even harder is dumb imo... but I get it, sell more ally revives/pots.

@Kabam Miike shouldn’t juggernaut and magneto both be immune to any psychic ability triggered by Emma Frost as both wear helmets to prevent that?

This is actually the fix for her "Block Break". Domino's Double Hit Medium attack was acting too quickly, and making it much more difficult to dash/dex out of a block, and would end up catching you with the second hit while you're backing away.

Awesome: extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration, apprehension, or fear.

They certainly captured the fear part...

Yes. The Inversion activates when the Special Attack is activated. It is regardless of whether or not it hits you. It's a part of her Signature Ability and the fact that it does not need to hit you can actually work in your favor, since it won't be a surprise, and getting hit by it won't suddenly change the controls. Is she Awakened? Yes? Then you need to be ready for inverted controls.
