Till 5.4.6
You have immunities, villain and mystic counter, and high damage champions. I will just assume you have enough skill as well.

Champs look good enough. Are all of them 5/50 or 3/45+?

If you got good gameplay skills then you should be good other than Ultron really.

Just finished exploration act 5 using majority the same folks except sub magik for SL

I did use some more double immune for biohazard paths and SW for rage paths but other than that most of it was starky/blade/GR/iceman/magik. All r5 4*duped except magik who was r3 5 star unduped on my first pass and then r4 once I had t2a about to expire in overflow during my exploration passes of 5.3 and 5.4
