Alliance War defender PI is lowered to normal

From my understanding I took video prior to war attack phase started and then after it started our defenders were showing only normal pis

    Hey Uniquvz, I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused! We've identified that this is merely a display issue and the buffs from nodes are still being applied correctly. However, we're still investigating and hoping to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
