Archangel abilities

Trying to figure out why archangels abilities would show a 0% chance also -40% chance to occur. If there is no chance, then why list it as an ability?a3kd44ez4hr0.png

    Because it depends on bleeding enemies. If enemy does not bleed is 0 . If enemy bleeds it gets to like 40 I think

    It's 0% or -40% +25% for each bleed on the opponent
    So for example with 2 bleeds it would be 50% and 10%

    Yeah. It makes sense now. Thanks for the info. Bleed instances increase the chances.
