Can the Salve mastery be reworked to be based on percentages of champs life?
The salve mastery is one that is only really necessary if you are playing with 2 and 3 star champions, it doesn't really have a good purpose to be maxed out for us higher level players when we can only get 480 health generated for the first minute of the fight when our 4/55 5 star champs have 25k and higher health points.
Could this mastery be changed to heal a small flat percentage of your champs total health, such as 2-8%? The first rank could start out at only healing 2%, Rank 2 of salve could be 5%, and rank 3 could be 8%? I think this would be a fair re-work of the mastery, considering it has been overshadowed by other masteries such as dexterity and mystic dispersion.
