They made it passive so Medusa couldn’t do armor shattered on him and destroy him I think.

Yeah but shouldn't it armor break IMIW? Yondu's abilities states that "if the target is immune to bleed, they suffer armor break for...."

All the "passive" abilities is ridiculous. It's just a way to make counters to the champs ineffective. What a sham.
