Missing Dungeon Rewards

I’ve done every dungeon with the same person and I am 220 artifacts short of getting my 5* crystal. How is this possible?? My partner received all the artifacts needed. fkkte9j9i7q6.png

    There is but it would be an odd remainder to have for future dungeons
